I love my one 1/4"" Hot Tools curling iron (purchased from Ulta) and determined to buy the 1"" from Discount Jungle. i used to be excited to receive it, however after I plugged my curling iron (for the first time) it had been emitting a burning odor. I used it perhaps 3-4 x hoping it might flee, however it did not. As stated previously, I currently own a HT curling iron and works well with no issues and should not be giving off this odor. I contacted DJ & they sent a replacement. Sadly, that too was giving off a burning smell. as a result of i do not wish to upset the effort of paying for shipping (again) & looking forward to it (again), i'm attending to keep it, although i'm worried concerning safety. i'll simply keep my eye on it. Oh, well.

I own many Hot Tools curling irons and suppose these are great! They get highly regarded and curl alright.

i bought this iron once my stylist used it on me for my wedding day. i loved how simply it worked on my exhausting to twist hair and it gets hot extremely quick. plus, it is a nice price. i am very happy with this purchase!!
